Those are the chart's figures for App 1938090, not verified MW4-only counts. Its playing field was already marked as an earlier observation, rather than an instantaneous reading.

These three labels answer different questions. The playing field is an observation from a particular time; the 24-hour peak is the highest concurrent count in that window; the all-time peak comes from the app's full recorded history. None is a sales total or a count of everyone who played that day.
